Brooke (Bradshaw) Worden grew up in the Imperial Valley located just about as far south as you can go in California. She grew up surrounded by agriculture her whole life which eventually influenced her decision to pursue an undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo (just like her parents!). In 2015, she graduated with a B.S. in Agribusiness. Throughout her undergraduate career she held many internships ranging from working in Congressman Jeff Denham’s office to working for the Turlock Irrigation District. After realizing her passion for water policy, Brooke started taking water and irrigation classes eventually leading to her getting her Masters of Science in Agriculture with a Specialization in Irrigation.
Brooke lives in Chico with her Cal Fire husband, two chocolate labs and kitten.
